Ramblings

I got up this morning, got ready and James took me to work. I couldn't take any of my meds because they make me very sleepy so I decided that I would just leave at lunch. James came around 11:30 to pick me up and by that time I was hurting pretty bad. When I got home I came straight to my new recliner, have I mentioned that our new furniture is amazing?

If not I should've, I don't know what I would do without this chair. It keeps my leg elevated and is sooo comfy for naps.

Ok that got waaay off the subject. So I ate lunch, took a pain pill and crashed. I slept for 2 1/2 hours and it was the most amazing sleep of my life. I wanted to hop right up and get to work getting some of these boxes unpacked and out of our house, but wait I can't. I have all of this energy and I get to sit here. It's hard to stay put when you have been told you have to. I'm sure if it wasn't dr ordered I could sit around for weeks. ha

On a sad note, James got me a new pet yesterday. I've been wanting a Beta fish for awhile and on his way home from work yesterday he got me one. He acted a little funny last night but we thought that he was just getting used to his new home. When I came home from work today he was dead. :( I'm hoping that I get a new one soon and I need a name. Help me out internet, I need a good fishy name! Maybe if I name him he will have a better chance at life. Other than the dying, what a great husband I have huh? I get hurt so he spoils me rotten. That part of being laid up I could get used to. He has been simply amazing. Taking care of things that I can't, bringing me magazines and making sure I am as comfortable as possible.

Only one more day of work then it is Turkey Day!

Maybe now would be a good time to take up knitting or crocheting while you heal.

How about Stick or Alpha for the fishy?
